• It is our greatest goal to be respectful and courteous to our clients with special attention to client comfort levels.
• We will provide a comfortable, safe, clean environment using quality equipment and supplies.
• We will maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire for the setting.
• We will customize our massage treatments to meet your specific needs.
• We will keep clients modestly draped at all times.
• We will remain open to comments and suggestions.

• Please come to the massage appointment on time. If you must re-schedule, please do so 24 hours in advance.
• It is of utmost importance that you come healthy and clean. If you are not well or not clean, please call to re-schedule.
• Fee for service is required at time of service. Gratuities are not included in fees for service.
• There is absolutely zero tolerance for sexual harassment or advances of any kind. If this type of behavior presents itself, you will be asked to leave immediately and to pay for the session in full.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, that time will be taken out of your session; full payment of scheduled session is required.
• The client is responsible to keep the massage therapist informed of any current medical conditions.
